First Congregational Church (second) is dedicated.

Architect: Kilham & Hopkins. Designed in the American Gothic style, the granite building is located at 6 Webster Street. It is purchased by the Seventh-day Adventist Church in 2007, and is now being turned into a church for the Mattapan mission congregation, which was formed in 1987.
